CUENTOS DE LA
LUNA DE QUESO 
PRODUCTION
(2024-2025)

For my senior thesis/capstone, I was the producer of the film, Cuentos de la Luna de Queso. The main tasks of the producer is to manage tasks, create a schedule and provide accountability for other artists. This role I took on alongside being an artist on the team.

For the film, the team utilized Shotgrid/Flow to keep track of tasks and schedule. Below are images taken by me during production. I created the task list for each asset/shot, created the pipeline and reorganized the project for artists.

Due to Shotgrid/Flow not being the most intuitive for the artists, I also created a Google Sheet that helped artists visualize tasks. I create the shot list, production/post task sheet and made a Google Calendar for artists to see the schedule. Images are provided by me during production.
